I own research end to end.
Scoping, interviews, usability testing, workshops and surveys, then the unglamorous part: getting insight into the room where decisions get made.

From front-end code to the research room.
I started as a web UI designer at Flipkart in 2012, spent four years building interfaces in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript, then moved into UX design and, from 2017, research-led product work.
Today I'm a senior UX researcher and product designer in Bangalore. I pair qualitative work with Google Analytics, Power BI and Tableau, and I've partnered with product owners and cross-functional teams on large enterprise products, including Salesforce-based vendor and supplier platforms at AB InBev and dashboard redesigns at Digitide.
My development roots mean I know what a design costs to build before anyone asks, which makes my recommendations easier to ship.
Years in UX research, design and UI
Years in dedicated research roles
Companies, from Flipkart to freelance
Domains: health, OTT, wealth, enterprise
Three habits I bring to every team.
Start with the decision
Every study begins with the question the team needs answered, so research effort maps to a real choice.
Hear it from real users
Interviews, usability tests and surveys with the people who will use the product, not proxies for them.
Carry insight into the build
Findings become flows, IA and wireframes, and I review the implementation against what users told us.
Methods, tools & schooling.
